While above 80% life, your Basic Ability cooldowns regenerate 50% faster.
Tier 6 (Hero Level 16)
Hardened Focus was a Generic Talent that grants Cooldown Reduction while at high Health. The Talent is usually exclusive to supports or Heroes that should be avoiding damage, and allows them to cast Abilities very rapidly as long as they stay near full Health. When selected the Talent places a little marker on the Heroes' Health bar indicating where your current Health should be to gain the bonus.

- Alarak's level 1 Talent, "Ruthless Momentum", makes his Telekinesis recharge 75% faster while above 80% Health.
- Alexstrasza's level 1 Talent, "Live and Let Live", causes the cooldown of "Gift of Life" Ability to recharge 125% faster while above 75% Health.
