==Ways to Engage== Not all engages are the same โ there are different styles of engages: *Hard engage - Dive :The first category is the hard engage, also referred to a dive. The best example of this form of engage would be Muradin using Dwarf Toss or Anub'arak using Burrow Charge to start a fight. The success of this engage is almost always dependent on how coordinated your team is. Either everyone commits to the engage, or no one does. *Slow engage / Poke :The complete opposite of the dive is the poke. If your team composition is built around heroes that can use abilities from a long distance, this is the form of engage you should be looking for. Your goal should be to hit a couple of skills and deal some amount of damage to your opponent before your tank engages. The big problem of this method is the fact that you need to hit those abilities in the first place, while not being at risk to get engaged on. If your opponent has a team composition that has better tools to poke down heroes, youโll often run into trouble. On the other hand, this form of engage is a lot safer than the hard engage because you have enough room to retreat if things donโt go according to your plan. *Flanking :To Flank (or Flanking) is to try to bypass the enemy frontline and go directly to the enemy backline by going from an alternative route, mainly from behind. This strategy is useful for assassins, bruisers and divers, because they don't have enough tankyness to survive a barrage of CCs and direct damage, thus, trying to get past the frontline can mean death for them.
