In addition to creating the look of Blizzard's iconic characters in Heroes of the Storm, Phill is responsible for maintaining a cohesive artistic vision for the heroes, who are drawn from Blizzard's epic game universes.
Gonzales joined Blizzard Entertainment in 2006 and has primarily worked on StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty and StarCraft II: Heart of the Swarm, contributing his talents to many of StarCraft II's multiplayer units and buildings. He's also created weapon models in World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade, as well as card art for the World of Warcraft Trading Card Game.
In his free time, Gonzales enjoys playing games, watching films and television, and creating fan art for Blizzard and non-Blizzard games. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Game Art and Design from the Art Institute of Phoenix.
