Lunar Festival 2017.png
"A wondrous mood has spread all across the Nexus. The Heroes of the Storm are celebrating, and you are invited to join in the fun. The Lunar Festival combines all the things that make for a fantastic holiday: a chance to meet new people, to wear your most festive finery, to show off your flair by riding into battle on a new, themed mount, and to… chase Elder Monkeys bearing presents?"[1]

The Lunar Festival is a seasonal event from the Warcraft universe that takes place each year during February. It is the in-game counterpart of the Chinese Lunar New Year.

The event is celebrated in-game with new skins, mounts and bundles. Special quests provide the opportunity for daily gold, and a special portrait.
