Interestingly, as a member of Raynor's Raiders, Blaze would have likely been in conflict with the Tal'darim forces of Nyon during the early stages of the Second Great War, though Nyon's forces are a renegade faction, and the Raiders never cross paths with either the main Tal'darim faction nor Alarak himself.

Alarak and Fenix never met, but Alarak interacted with a Purifier AI construct made from Fenix's brain scans, who took the identity of Talandar. The two had a deep dislike to one another.

Alarak refers to Amon, who was once god of the Tal'darim people. Alarak discovered that Amon sought to eliminate the Tal'darim as well as all other life, and worked with Artanis to bring the Tal'darim under his command, and later sent forces in the invasion that killed Amon once and for all.
	Gul'dan: The tides of war encroach, are you ready to meet them? Alarak: Oh? Enjoy being crushed by it.		Gul'dan, both in his prime and Draenor timeline iterations, would be "crushed by the tides of war," once by demons in the Tomb of Sargaras, and once by Illidan Stormrage.

Alarak and Kerrigan never directly met, but Kerrigan was known as the most powerful psionic in history, and known for killing billions of beings. Such power and brutality is something Alarak respects.
	Kerrigan: You, huh? This could be fun. Alarak: Oh, no. It shall be.
Lúcio	Lúcio: Aww. Great. Can't believe I got stuck on a team with you. Alarak: I could release you, if you so desire.

	Mal'Ganis: Your schemes cannot compare to the Legion's machinations. Alarak: And yet I have the superior means of execution.		In spite of both Mal'Ganis and Alarak being manipulators, Alarak has largely been successful in achieving his goals, while Mal'Ganis has met with a number of failures.
Malthael	Alarak: You are different from the other beings of Light. How very interesting. Malthael: Come. Death waits for no one.		Malthael is the Aspect of Death, once the Aspect of Wisdom before he went on a crusade to destroy the Nephalem.
	Malthael: A lesser evil. Alarak: I beg to differ.		In the Diablo universe, the lesser evils are four evils who are beneath the Prime Evils.
Mephisto	Alarak: Oh, the Lord of Hatred. I've heard much about you, demon. Mephisto: Hmm, and I sense much potential within you, mortal. Perhaps you and I have much to discuss.		Alarak thrives on hatred, telling Artanis during Legacy of the Void that he would not ally with him as he did not see the same burning flame of hatred within the Hierarch as was in him. Alarak also thrives on war and conquest, while Mephisto personifies many of the traits Alarak stands for.
	Mephisto: Feed my hatred, creature. And I will grant you the conquest your alien heart desires. Alarak: Let us say for now, we have struck a bargain.		Alarak, being a Tal'darim, desires conquest and to show that he is the strongest.
Murky	Alarak: You? Ugh, surely this is a jest. Murky: <Response indicating he is excited and ready to fight>		As protoss communicate through psionics, Alarak can understand Murky in spite of the language barrier. Murky's story is that he desires vengeance against the adventurers who kill his family, something Alarak respects.
	Murky: <Playfully questioning the person next to him> Alarak: Hah! I believe I like you, fish creature. Come, we shall claim our vengeance together.
Probius	Alarak: Oh, a probe. Good. I'm in need of a servant. Follow. Probius: (beeping sounds)		Probes are protoss workers with limited AI, that construct the bases and perform basic mining and maintenance for the protoss. The Tal'darim use probes which are modified to override the environmental protections normal probes have.
	Probius: (beep boop sounds) Alarak: Warfare is in my blood. Two things that are beyond you.
Protoss hero	Alarak: A Templar? I see. Perhaps you can talk our enemy to death. Hero: <hero dependent>		One of Alarak's complaints about Artanis and the Khalai was that they gave speeches rather that settle their issues through fighting. While the Templar Caste are the Khalai's warrior caste, they take a more philosophical approach to conflict.
	Protoss hero: <hero dependent> Alarak: I will not bind my fate to yours. My path is mine alone.		In Legacy of the Void, Alarak says this line to Artanis when he first suggests an alliance.
Samuro	Alarak: Ugh, another honorable warrior. How exhausting. Samuro: Your disrespect will not be tolerated!		Alarak doesn't respect the honor of the Templar, and hates those who are similar.
	Samuro: You.. Alarak: Be careful how you address your Highlord.
Monkey King Samuro	Alarak: Another of these filthy primates. How many terrans must I tolerate? Monkey King Samuro: Hmm, so you are dull-witted and weak. Good to know.		Alarak dislikes the terrans, as he seems them as primitive beings. As such he does not see the distinction between a primate and a terran.
	Hero: Oh. Oh good! The strong ones fight together this time! Alarak: O-oh? And where might I find these strong ones, exactly?
Stukov	Alarak: Terran and Zerg? In one twisted little package? How repulsive. Stukov: Your permission to speak has been revoked.		Alarak looked down on the terran and the zerg, seeing them as lesser opponents.
	Stukov: Oh, good, a Protoss. I was hoping to get an indulgent lecture today. Alarak: Consider this the first disappointment of many.		Long-winded speeches are a common complaint Alarak has about the Khalai.
Sylvanas	Alarak: Oh, I sense within you a fire that others lack. Let's hope this proves interesting. Sylvanas: This will be a convenient partnership.
	Sylvanas: You look like you could actually be of use here. Alarak: (laughs) If only the same could be said for you.
Tassadar	Alarak: So you're the one the Templar worship. (scoffs) This explains a great deal. Tassadar: Focus on the battle, and perhaps this shall go faster for the both of us.		Alarak never met Tassadar as he died before the Tal'darim moved out of the Sigma Quadrant, but knew him through how the Templar would speak of him as a hero.

	Hero: <hero dependent> Alarak: Save your words, primate. Spare me from hearing your orifice flap.		During the Legacy of the Void' campaign, Rohana looks down on the terrans as they communicate through orifices.
Tracer	Alarak: You? A primate? Capable of chrono-manipulation? (laughs) Impossible. Tracer: There's no need to be rude!		Time manipulation is a technology of the protoss, and something that terrans of the Koprulu Sector have yet to be able to comprehend.
	Tracer: You are.. kind of scary looking! Alarak: An unwittingly astute observation.
Valeera	Valeera: Huh. Alright. You'll do. Alarak: Indeed I shall. The question is, will you?
Zagara	Alarak: (laughs) I see. Kerrigan's lackey. Zagara: Silence! There is a battle to be won.		Zagara was Kerrigan's second-in-command during the events of StarCraft II.
	Zagara: Are you ready to tear them apart? Alarak: Yes.

	Zerg hero: <hero dependent> Alarak: If I desired to hear inane chattering, I would've stayed with Artanis.		Zerg sounds have been described as "chattering," and the constant talking has been something Alarak has said is a flaw of the Khalai.

I'd show more care when poking my armor if I were you. A little prick can be quite the annoyance.		A play on words, poking fun at Alarak's spiked armor and calling the player a prick.
The Nexus. A conflux of time and space, where heroes and worlds clash. Sounds like underwhelming science fiction. I mean, really, are you even trying anymore?		A reference to Alarak's voice actor, John de Lancie's, role as Q from "Star Trek: The Next Generation," who would often poked fun at basic science fiction concepts.
In ancient times the first highlord was asked, "Where shall be our homeworld?" He pointed downward, saying, "Wherever I tread." Even now, this edict is unchanged.		The Tal'darim became nomadic after Alarak's victory over Amon in Legacy of the Void. While they maintain a set portion of space and often have a homeworld, they sometimes wander. This first edict however has yet to be confirmed in a canon StarCraft source.
Why honor those who die in battle? When the glory belongs to those who kill.		The Tal'darim look down on those who die in battle as failures, and those that survive with mortal wounds are given one last chance to redeem themselves in the eyes of their highlord.
The difference between the Templar and the Tal'darim is simple. Templar use long-winded speeches to reach the hearts of their warriors. We use a blade.		The Tal'darim accuse the Khalai of fighting through words, as they usually abhor violence unless necessary. Tal'darim society is brutal and warlike.
The Chain of Ascension wasn't the first thing we tried. I'll admit the carousel of omnipotence was fun, but the idea never really went anywhere.		The Chain of Ascension is the Tal'darim's form of government, with ascendants compromising each rung, ranked in order from highlord down (with Amon formerly at the top). The carousel of omnipotence is a joke at carousels only going around in a circle.
Free to play is a delusion granted to the weak by the strong. Or... so I've heard.		A reference to Alarak's quote in Legacy of the Void "freedom is an illusion granted to the weak by the strong." Also a reference to the payment model of Heroes of the Storm.
Is this all you do? Imagine how much better you could be if you channeled your efforts into actually fighting.

We Tal'darim name our worlds to honor significant events. We called our homeworld Slayn. Let your imagination run wild as to why.		At the time of Legacy of the Void, Slayn was the center of Tal'darim society, a once jungle world corrupted by terrazine from which the Tal'darim fleets operated from.
I have grown tired of these realm lords and their insipid demands... (scoff) What is a realm lord compared to a HIGHlord?		Realm lords are the masters of the Nexus who in battlegrounds order Alarak around
